Mark Knopfler

About Mark Knopfler

Dire Straits guitarist and songwriter whose fingerpicking style on Sultans of Swing and Money for Nothing set him apart.

Mark Knopfler the Leo

Leo is warmth with the volume up. A fixed fire sign ruled by the Sun itself, Leo is here to create, to express, and to make the people nearby feel a bit more alive for having been noticed. The reputation for wanting attention undersells it: what Leo actually wants is to be seen, which is a different and more human thing.
