Sagittarius

What Sagittarius is really like

Sagittarius wants the horizon. A mutable fire sign ruled by Jupiter, Sagittarius runs on meaning and momentum: the next place, the bigger idea, the question that opens rather than closes. Confinement of any kind, physical or intellectual, is the thing they genuinely cannot do.

The optimism is real and slightly contagious. Sagittarius believes things will work out, says so, and often makes it truer by believing it. They're also honest to a fault: this is the sign that answers the question you actually asked, sometimes before considering whether you wanted the answer. That bluntness comes without malice, which is exactly why it lands so squarely. There's no edge on it, just an assumption that truth is obviously preferable.

The growth edge is follow-through and tact, in that order. Sagittarius starts more than it finishes and can mistake restlessness for growth, chasing the next horizon rather than arriving anywhere. Learning to stay with one path far enough to see where it actually leads, and to notice that honesty delivered gently still counts as honesty, turns the wandering into wisdom. Few signs are better company on the way.
