Worth the effort

A Cancer and a Sagittarius are drawn in almost opposite directions: Cancer builds inward toward home, security, and a tight circle, while Sagittarius bolts outward toward adventure, freedom, and the next horizon. Sagittarius's blunt honesty can bruise Cancer's tender feelings, and Cancer's need for reassurance can feel like a leash to restless Sagittarius. One clings, one roams, and both can end up hurt. Yet Cancer's warmth is comforting and Sagittarius's optimism is contagious. If Sagittarius slows down to reassure and Cancer loosens the grip, they can widen each other's world.
