Terms

Who we are

CuteHoroscopes, at cutehoroscopes.com, is run by Ectosoft [owner to confirm: legal entity name]. Ectosoft is the seller of everything you buy here. By using the site or buying a reading, you agree to these terms.

What the readings are

Our charts are calculated from real planetary positions for the birth details you enter. The readings are for entertainment and reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and they do not predict what will happen, so please do not base important decisions on them.

A chart is only as exact as the details behind it. Without a birth time, parts of a reading are estimates, and we mark them where it matters.

Buying a reading

Most of CuteHoroscopes is free and needs no account. The readings, reports and posters you pay for are one-off purchases: there is no subscription and nothing renews.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. At checkout, Stripe may offer to charge you in your own currency; the total on the checkout page is what you pay.

Payments are taken by Ectosoft through Stripe, and your card details go to Stripe, never to us. Ectosoft takes payments for its sites through one Stripe account, so your card statement shows ECTOSOFT* CUTEHOROSCOP and Stripe's emailed receipt carries the Ectosoft name.

Delivery

Everything we sell is digital, and nothing is posted to you.

• A paid reading appears on screen as soon as it is ready, and we email you a link to it.
• If you were signed in, it is kept in My Reports.
• If you bought without signing in, the email holds a private link that works for 30 days. After that, sign in with the same email address and you will find the reading in My Reports.
• A Chart Poster is a set of print files (PDFs and a high-resolution image) that you download and print yourself.

If a reading takes longer than usual to build, we email it to you the moment it is ready.

Refunds

Ask within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full, no questions asked. A refund ends access to what it paid for. The Refunds page explains how to ask.

Other people's birth details

Two-person readings and couple posters use someone else's birth details as well. Please use them only to make the reading, and take care when you share a reading about someone else. A shared reading never shows birth dates, times or places; the Privacy page explains what it does show.

Changes and questions

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and a purchase stays covered by the terms in place when you made it. Questions are welcome on the Contact page.
