Refunds

The policy

Every purchase on CuteHoroscopes can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of paying. That covers every reading, report, poster and 5-Pack, and you do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email us at [owner to confirm: contact address] from the address you used at checkout, or tell us that address. Add the reading's name from your delivery email (for example "Maya & Theo: Crush Check") so we can find it quickly.

We refund the card you paid with, through Stripe. How long the money takes to reach your account depends on your bank.

What a refund ends

A refund closes the purchase. The reading, its private link and its downloads stop working, and so does anything the purchase unlocked, such as a Crush Check's credit toward the Compatibility Report or a 5-Pack's unused credits.

After 14 days

If something went wrong, write to us anyway, for example about a reading that never arrived. We look at every request.

Before you dispute a charge

Please write to us first. A refund from us is quicker than a dispute through your bank, and you get the same money back.

Don't recognise a charge?

CuteHoroscopes purchases show on card statements as ECTOSOFT* CUTEHOROSCOP, and Stripe's emailed receipt carries the Ectosoft name. If it still doesn't ring a bell, write to us and we will look it up.
