About Mary Anning

English fossil collector and paleontologist whose discoveries along the Jurassic coast fundamentally changed scientific understanding of prehistoric life. She found the first correctly identified ichthyosaur skeleton and the first complete plesiosaur skeleton. Despite her working-class background and gender, she earned the respect of the scientific establishment and is now celebrated as one of the greatest fossil hunters.

Mary Anning the Gemini

Gemini is curiosity with a mouth on it. A mutable air sign ruled by Mercury, Gemini runs on information, conversation, and the pleasure of connecting two ideas nobody had thought to put together. Boredom is the real enemy here, not difficulty, not conflict, just the flat grey of nothing new to think about.
